As one of two Category Leads at Hargreaves Lansdown, you will lead the Procurement team on a 12-month fixed‑term maternity cover contract, overseeing the full supplier lifecycle‑from selection and negotiation through contracting and ongoing management. You will own the strategy and act as the primary point of contact for all procurement activities within your business area.

A key part of the role is to deliver the sustainable savings target for the financial year, managing the risk, performance and governance for suppliers, ensuring that all activities align to our ESG plan.
drive the creation and maintain the category plan aligned with the business and technology roadmaps / strategy to drive commercial value, ensuring resilience, risk, and timelines for service delivery.
Support the Group Head of Procurement to drive the transformation of the Procurement team, improving efficiency and effectiveness within the team and across the whole HL business.
This interview process will incorporate competency‑based questions including an assessment of your technical knowledge and transferable skills.
We are looking for an experienced Procurement Category Leads to join our team, based in Bristol head office, BS1 5HL. This role is a 12 month FTC, full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. We offer a hybrid flexible working pattern to enable you the option of working from home and coming into the office.
