Job summary

The ideal candidate will manage the full procurement cycle and negotiate with contractors while ensuring compliance with procedures. Qualifications

• Experience in contracts and purchasing with proven negotiation skills.
• Background in Oil & Gas, engineering services, or general services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement cycle, from enquiry documents to contract execution.
• Perform due diligence on contractors and support vendor qualification processes.
• Prepare contractual strategies and documentation for tender negotiations.
• Evaluate bids commercially and coordinate technical assessments.
• Negotiate terms and conditions, assess risks, and advise on contract interpretation.
• Ensure compliance with company and legislative procedures.
