The Humber and North Yorkshire Procurement Collaborative are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic person to undertake the role of Procurement Buyer.

As part of our dynamic procurement team, you'll play a vital role in collaborating with our Stakeholders and partners to support value, quality-driven procurement solutions.

We are currently recruiting for a full-time, permanent Procurement Buyer to support strategic sourcing of goods and services in accordance with Standing Financial Instructions, EU Procurement Directives, and UK legislation.

You will need to possess an understanding of the various levers of unlocking value from procurement, such as but not limited to sourcing, tendering, demand management, standardisation, contract management and innovation.

You will require excellent communication and negotiation skills to support stakeholders and partners through the procurement journey.
