BA Euroflyer is seeking a Procurement Business Partner to lead end-to-end procurement for BA Cityflyer and BA Euroflyer across key categories. You will collaborate with senior leaders at London City, Gatwick and Manchester to drive contracting, performance management and continuous improvement.

You will interpret complex datasets, apply contract law fundamentals, and influence stakeholders while ensuring transparent, data-driven decisions in a regulated aviation environment.

Qualifikationen

• End-to-end procurement and supplier management experience.
• Ability to guide stakeholders on procurement processes and negotiations.
• Experience in regulated environments is desirable.

The role: Procurement Business Partner

Reporting to the Procurement and Supplier Performance manager you'll be a procurement professional engaging with all of our senior leaders in our offices at London City, London Gatwick and Manchester across a multitude of interesting and high-profile categories. With so much variety you'll need to be flexible and agile in your approach whilst being comfortable with ambiguity and bringing your own fresh ideas to what we do.

What you’ll do:

• Lead on BA Cityflyer and BA Euroflyer specific procurement activity from inception to contracting to performance management.

• Work in partnership with stakeholders on key supplier management activity, providing guidance on contractual and ongoing supplier performance matters.

• Represent BA Cityflyer and BA Euroflyer on group-wide procurement activities, to uphold our interests and ensure that outcomes reflect our requirements.

• Ensure that decisions made by senior stakeholders regarding key third party services are made on a basis of transparency supported by quality financial and qualitative information in support of cost and service level targets.

• Support the review and development of third-party service provisions and processes within the Procurement team itself on a continuous improvement basis.

What you’ll bring to British Airways:

• An inquisitive and curious mindset to identify the best solutions and not just the 'first answer'

• An understanding of key procurement concepts, tools and techniques to confidently guide our stakeholders

• Strong communication skills to effectively represent BA Cityflyer's and BA Euroflyer's interests amongst larger group initiatives

• Ability to interpret complicated datasets associated with commercial models and service/supplier performance reports

• Understanding of contract law and ability to draft terms and conditions

• Interpersonal skills to influence, challenge and set expectations amongst internal and external stakeholders.

Your experience:

• Have led end to end procurement and supplier management activity within a regulated environment.

• Have managed third party suppliers and services against contract terms and service level agreements in close collaboration with applicable stakeholders across the business.

• Have developed procurement processes including initial engagement, RFx, supplier assessments and due diligence, contract formation and supplier management.

• Graduate or graduate-level capability
• MCIPS or the ability and willingness to work towards it
