Overview

Chichester College Group is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Procurement Assistant to join the CFO Operations team. This full-time role, based at the Chichester campus, offers an opportunity to support the procurement of goods and services across the Group while working towards a Level 3 Procurement & Supply Assistant Apprenticeship.

Location: Chichester campus. Hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. Salary: £25,582 - £25,683 per annum. Reference: CC9293.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Project Manager in supplier and contract management.
  • Contribute to tendering activities and help ensure value for money and compliance with procurement regulations.
  • Gain hands-on experience using procurement software and analysing data to support sustainable and cost-efficient purchasing decisions.
Requirements
  • GCSEs in English and Maths at grade 4 or above.
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • A flexible, proactive approach.
  • A commitment to completing a Level 3 Procurement & Supply Assistant Apprenticeship; the role supports apprenticeship development.
