Job description

Chichester College Group is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join our CFO Operations team as a Procurement Assistant. This full-time role offers a fantastic opportunity to support the procurement of goods and services across the Group while working towards a Level 3 Procurement & Supply Assistant Apprenticeship. Based at our Chichester campus, you will assist the Project Manager in supplier and contract management, contribute to tendering activities, and help ensure value for money and compliance with procurement regulations. You will gain hands‑on experience using procurement software and analysing data to support sustainable and cost‑effective purchasing decisions.

We are looking for someone with GCSEs in English and Maths at grade 4 or above, strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and a flexible, proactive approach.
