Key accountabilities

1 Procurement Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement global procurement strategies aligned withthebusiness growth and brand values.
• Negotiate supplier contracts, ensuring competitive pricing, quality standards, and ethical sourcing.
• Build andmaintainstrong supplier relationships across packagingandproducts, materials.

2 Logistics & Supply Chain Management

• Oversee internationallogisticsoperations, including warehousing, freight, customs, and last‑mile delivery.
• Optimiseall thedistribution networks to ensuretimely, cost‑effective delivery across multiple geographies.
• Partner withsuppliers,freightandallcarriers to enhance service levels and customer experience.

3 Operational Excellence

• Implement systems and KPIs tomonitorprocurement andlogisticsperformance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in inventory management, demand forecasting, and orderfulfilment.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, sustainability standards, and beauty industry requirements.

4 Cross‑Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Product Development, Finance, and Marketing to align supply chain with launch timelines and campaigns.
• Support EnvironmentalandSocialGovernanceand sustainability initiatives, embedding responsible sourcing and eco‑friendlylogisticspractices.This should includesustainable packaging, fairlabourpractices in supply chains, and transparent governance structures that build customertrust.
• Provide strategic input to leadership on costoptimisation, risk management, and scalability.

The Procurement and Logistics Executive may also be requested to undertake other duties in line with the role.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in procurement andlogisticswithin global e‑commerce, retail, or beauty / FMCG sectors.
• Strong knowledge of international supply chain operations, customs, andsustainable andcompliance frameworksand governance.
• Skilled negotiator with experience managingsignificant(in terms of size and scale)supplier contracts.
• Expertise in procurement platforms, andlogisticsmanagement tools.
• Strategic thinker with hands‑on execution ability, balancing commercial acumen with sustainability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence atalllevels,includingand up toboard level.
• Strong relationship builder with the ability to negotiate and influence global suppliers andcustomers.

Essential skills, qualifications and experience

• Excellent use of technology,especially Microsoft Outlook, Teams,Wordand PowerPoint, highly proficient in Excel
• 3+yearsinaprocurementandlogisticsrole
• Experience working within an SME business would be an advantage
• Self-starter, capable of using their initiativeand with a solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Exceptional organisation and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple competing priorities
