A leading procurement consultancy in North Kesteven is seeking a Procurement & Contracts Manager to manage tender processes and negotiate with suppliers. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of PCR regulations, NHS frameworks, and public sector procurement experience. This role offers a hybrid working model of 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.
