Job summary

Carrington West is seeking an experienced Procurement and Contract Management Manager to lead end-to-end procurement within Housing Services. The role centres on complex procurement exercises, compliance with public sector legislation, and governance.

You will guide sourcing strategies, tendering, contract awards, and ongoing contract management while engaging with senior stakeholders to drive procurement objectives.

Qualifications

• Significant experience working within public sector procurement and contract management.
• Extensive knowledge of the Procurement Act, Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR 2015) and Provider Selection Regime (PSR).
• Experience managing complex end-to-end procurement and tendering exercises.
• Experience drafting procurement documentation and managing procurement notices.
• Experience developing sourcing strategies and undertaking supplier due diligence.
• Experience using Proactis or similar e-procurement systems.
• Experience managing procurement governance and compliance requirements.
• Experience working closely with Housing Services or housing-related procurements would be advantageous.

This Procurement and Contract Management Manager role will have a particular focus on supporting Housing Services, leading complex procurement exercises and ensuring compliance with public sector procurement legislation.
