Qualifications

  • Previous experience in procurement, FM, or property is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue service-based contracts using approved templates.
  • Liaise with suppliers and Facilities Management teams to ensure contract accuracy.
  • Maintain procurement and supplier data within internal systems.
  • Assist with supplier onboarding, accreditation checks, and ongoing compliance.
  • Raise and manage Master Service Agreements.
  • Support the mobilisation and offboarding of properties and suppliers.
  • Update personnel allocations and property records in internal databases.
  • Produce and maintain accurate reports and records.

Procurement Administrator – Remote (1 day/month in London)

Join a leading Property & Facilities Management company, part of a global real estate consultancy, delivering exceptional service across a national portfolio of over 600 residential and commercial properties.

We’re looking for a Procurement Administratorto support supplier management, contract administration, and procurement processes. You’ll be part of a collaborative team of six, ensuring supplier data, documentation, and contracts are accurate and compliant — helping the business maintain its high professional standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and issue service-based contracts using approved templates.
  • Liaise with suppliers and Facilities Management teams to ensure contract accuracy.
  • Maintain procurement and supplier data within internal systems.
  • Assist with supplier onboarding, accreditation checks, and ongoing compliance.

  • Willingness to learn and develop, ideally working toward a CIPS qualification.
