Overview
The Procurement System Administrator will support and manage procurement systems, ensuring smooth operations and compliance within the healthcare industry. This permanent role is ideal for professionals passionate about procurement and supply chain processes.

Responsibilities
- Provide support for the continued adoption and improvement of Coupa P2P system, for internal users and external suppliers to ensure operational efficiency.
- Act as a subject matter expert on the P2P system and processes, proactively identifying and implementing process and system improvements.
- Lead on P2P KPI reporting, for Procurement KPIs and contribute to the development of Procurement Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
- Maintain and manage procurement systems to ensure accuracy and functionality.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimise procurement processes and workflows.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and industry regulations.
- Provide user training and support for procurement systems.
- Generate and analyse reports to inform decision-making in procurement and supply chain.
- Liaise with external vendors to manage system updates and resolve technical issues.
- Support the procurement team in implementing new tools and technologies.
Qualifications
- Procurement professional with significant operational Procurement experience in differing indirect spend categories
- Procurement P2P systems knowledge and experience
- Ability to produce Procurement reports (from finance or P2P systems)
- Ideally public sector procurement experience
- Willing to study to CIPS if not already obtained
Job Offer / Benefits
- Basic Salary £33,000 - £43,000 depending on experience
