Their Proclaim case management system is the engine room of the business, and they're looking for someone who can keep that engine humming—refining workflows, connecting systems, and making things run with less friction and more logic.

What you'll be doing

• Developing, customising and maintaining the Proclaim platform
• Building automated workflows that actually make life easier for end‑users
• Creating SQL integrations, dashboards and reporting tools
• Supporting the legal and ops teams with technical improvements
• Helping shape the firm's digital processes as it continues to scale

What you'll need

• Strong experience with Eclipse Proclaim (workflows, linked actions, database management)
• Confident working with SQL Server and reporting tools
• Knowledge of Visual Basic / Proclaim Coding
• Great communication skills and a proactive, solutions‑driven mindset
• Nice‑to‑have but non‑essential: .NET, Node.js, or Power BI
