HEINEKEN UK Supply Chain in Tadcaster is seeking a Process Technician for the kegging production line. You will join the packaging team, operate and fault-find on machinery, and lead TPM initiatives to sustain efficiency and safety.
The role requires hands-on experience in a production environment, NVQ2 in maintenance, GCSEs in Maths/English, and IT systems knowledge. Panama shift pattern, permanent contract, salary from £34,040 with shift allowance.

As the Process Technician, you’ll play a key role along the kegging production line. Reporting into the Shift Leader for the area, you’ll take ownership of the production process by being at the first level of escalation for production activities, champion continuous improvement principles by leading on initiatives & coaching team members. You’ll be based within the broader packaging team, focused on keeping our bottling, canning and other lines running smoothly and efficiently. Your role includes ensuring machinery is reliable, well-maintained and safe, while also anticipating future needs and driving fresh, innovative improvements to increase the site’s overall output.
We’re seeking an individual with extensive experience working in a production facility or an automated manufacturing environment. You’ll bring proactivity as a quality to ensure continued support & empowerment within your team as well as confidence in your abilities to comply & execute internal processes & procedures.
