Job summary

A leading global organisation is seeking a Process Technician to join their team in Birmingham. This full-time role involves operating in a manufacturing laboratory to uphold compliance with SOPs, manage production targets, and maintain documentation aligned with cGMP standards. Candidates require at least a GCSE education or relevant degree, alongside at least a year of laboratory experience. Strong communication, digital literacy, and proficiency in MS Excel are essential. Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing, production, laboratory, or related fields.
  • Prior cGMP experience is desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate within a manufacturing laboratory environment, ensuring compliance with SOPs and quality standards.
  • Support workload management and planning activities to meet production targets.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records in line with cGMP requirements.
  • Contribute to process improvements and always uphold safety practices.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Strong communication and digital literacy skills.
  • Ability to follow detailed standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Competence in using computer applications, particularly MS Excel.
  • Practical understanding of units of measurement and basic mathematical skills.
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
  • Consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adherence to chemical hygiene protocols.
  • Manual handling of laboratory equipment and chemicals.
  • Ability to lift objects weighing up to 20 kilograms.
Education & Experience
