Job summary

Thames Water is seeking a Process Technician to join the team in the Bracknell area. You will perform scheduled maintenance on plant and equipment, operate and clean systems, and respond to faults to keep wastewater treatment processes running smoothly.

This frontline role requires a full UK driver’s license, 38-hour weeks, and standby/out-of-hours rotas. You’ll receive PPE, a company van, and a comprehensive benefits package as part of joining Thames Water.

Responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled planned maintenance on plant and equipment per company standards to improve resilience.
• Operate and clean plant/equipment to maintain on-site operational and health and safety standards.
• Attend reactive jobs following plant/equipment failure.
• Keep sites clean, tidy and conduct safety and security checks.
• Perform daily site checks to ensure compliant operation.
• Participate in standby and out-of-hours rotas.
