Job Details
  • Pay: £30,900 per annum (Inclusive of SA)
  • Hours of Work: Annualised Hours | Core working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
  • Duration: Permanent
  • Benefits: Enhanced pension, 25 days holiday + bank holidays
Job Role

As a Process Technician, you will operate and maintain key manufacturing equipment for filtration and vial filling processes. Your role ensures compliance with safety standards and SOPs, managing hazardous materials and maintaining inspection readiness. You'll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet production schedules, support validation and documentation, and engage in Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Skills, Experience, Or Qualifications
  • Previous experience operating process machinery within a regulated manufacturing environment
  • Ability to take initiative, pitch in, be proactive, and be part of a team
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, including out-of-hours work to support manufacturing continuity
