Working Hours and Days: Monday to Friday - 8:00am - 5:00pm (40 hours per week)

About the Role

As a Process Technician, you’ll play a key role in our operations by handling, processing and recording IT assets within a fast‑paced production line environment. From dismantling equipment to testing and grading, your attention to detail will help ensure every asset is processed to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities
  • Work efficiently in a production line environment within the warehouse
  • Support goods‑in processes when required
  • Accurately record equipment details such as serial numbers, make and model
  • Input data into relevant software and ensure all paperwork is correctly completed
  • Collaborate with team members to meet service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Attend training sessions and contribute to team meetings
  • Maintain a safe, organised and efficient working environment
  • Clean and pack items for return to customers
About You
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or production setting is advantageous
  • A basic understanding of IT equipment is helpful but not essential
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and general IT systemsExcellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
