Job Title: Process Technician – Mechanic

Location:

West Sussex - willingness to travel across multiple sites and hold a current full driving licence required.

Contract Details:

• Type: Permanent
• Hours: 38 hours/week
• Salary: £36,954.02 to £44,344.09 per annum (dependent on skills and experience)

Qualifications:

Level 3 NVQ required. Experience and qualifications in mechanical and electrical work are advantageous. Driving license is mandatory. Applications lacking these will not be considered.

Role Overview:

Join our Waste Water Treatment Team as a Process Technician (Mechanic). You will maintain and repair wastewater treatment works, sludge treatment centres, and pumping stations, ensuring compliance with environmental, quality, and safety standards, while meeting budget targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate and maintain equipment to ensure site functionality.
2. Implement solutions and continuous improvements to existing processes.
3. Ensure compliance and reduce pollution.
4. Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
5. Collaborate with internal and external contractors, providing technical expertise.
