Process Support Engineer (Manufacturing)

£35,000 - £45,000 + Training + Progression + Excellent Company Benefits + 4.5 Day Week

Stevenston, North Ayrshire – commutable from Ayr, Troon, Kilmarnock, Irvine, Dairy, Stewarton, Dunlop, Beith, Glasgow

In this role you will be considered the go‑to technical expert within the department, driving change and identifying areas for improvement across the plant. This role would suit a Process Engineer from a Chemical / Manufacturing background looking to play a key role in the continuous improvement of a growing business.

The Role

• Design and develop safe processes (new and existing) which will deliver products to the required quality standards and meet the business expectation in terms of cost to produce and quantities delivered.
• Responsible for product manufacture and through‑life support.
• Reporting to the Process Support Engineering Manager.

The Candidate

• Degree or equivalent in Manufacturing / Engineering / Chemistry / Mechanical.
• Understanding of engineering processes.
• Lean Six Sigma knowledge.
