Process Support Engineer (Manufacturing)

£35,000 - £45,000 + Training + Progression + Excellent Company Benefits + 4.5 Day Week

Stevenston, North Ayrshire (commutable from: Ayr, Troon, Kilmarnock, Irvine, Dairy, Stewarton, Dunlop, Beith, Glasgow)

In this role you will be considered the go‑to technical expert within the department, driving change and identifying areas for improvement across the plant. This position is ideal for a Process Engineer with a Chemical or Manufacturing background who wants to play a key role in the continuous improvement of a growing business.

The Role:

• Design and develop safe processes (new and existing) that deliver products to the required quality standards and meet the business expectations in terms of cost to produce and quantity delivered.
• Responsible for product manufacture and through‑life support.
• Reporting to the Process Support Engineering Manager.

The Candidate:

• Degree or equivalent in Manufacturing / Engineering / Chemistry / Mechanical.
• Understanding of engineering processes.
• Lean Six Sigma knowledge.
