A leading aerospace manufacturer in the UK is seeking a Quality Engineer to support manufacturing operations and ensure compliance with quality standards. This role requires a bachelor's degree or extensive experience in manufacturing, along with strong analytical skills. Product quality review associated with the manufacturing process of compressor airfoils including milling, broaching, CMM inspection and NDT inspections. Supports operations team through focus on problem solving and sustainable corrective actions. The role has some autonomy but is focused on execution of daily activities within operations and quality team. Some judgment may be required but this is typically with guidance. While the primary location for this is at the Plant 1 site, the quality team maintains flexibility to support both sites.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college with 3 years of manufacturing experience or a high school diploma / GED with at least 7 years of experience in manufacturing. Proficiency in quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, MSA, and PPAP.
The salary range for this position is $83,800.00 - 112,000 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive plan. This posting is expected to close on Dec 10, 2025.
