Are you a Process/Production Engineer from a Manufacturing background looking to join a start-up business whose parent company have been running since the 90's.

In this role, the successful Production Engineer would be responsible improving manufacturing operations. General responsibilities include overall process development and optimisation, quality and compliance as well as tooling, equipment and cross functional collaboration.
The ideal Production Engineer would ideally come from a manufacturing background, be local to Wimbourne and eager to join a start-up type business.
