Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong numeracy and literacy and good communication in local language.
• Written skills - ability to complete logs, worksheets and record information clearly.
• Verbal skills - ability to express yourself at all levels.
• Have a good understanding of written and verbal instructions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and electronic systems.
• Experience in a production environment with disciplined, orderly work.

Responsibilities

• Operate all processes in the allocated area to meet the production plan and KPIs.
• Record, monitor and act on performance data with timely corrective actions.
• Participate in TPM-based improvement initiatives to reduce losses.
• Perform routine maintenance and changeovers to maximise machine uptime.
• Identify improvement opportunities and raise issues to local leadership.
