Process Operator – Night Shift

North Kent

Sunday to Thursday | 10 : 00pm – 6 : 00am

Are you a reliable, detail-oriented individual looking to join a supportive and growing company?

Our well-established client is seeking a Process Operator to join their night shift team at their modern newly refurbished facility in North Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic, basic IT skills, and a willingness to learn.

Full training will be provided!

Duties include:

• Perform manufacturing and dispensing tasks in accordance with production plans and schedules.
• Ensure all work complies with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), and relevant ISO standards.
• Complete all required documentation accurately, including work instructions and operational records.
• Liaise with other departments to support seamless operations, especially in relation to quality checks and production flow.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the production area to uphold high housekeeping standards.
• Raise any production risks or issues promptly with supervisors.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute ideas to enhance efficiency and safety.
• Follow all site safety protocols and report any incidents or concerns to the relevant contact.
• Undertake any additional duties as directed by management, which may include support across other operational areas.

Full training will be provided to the right candidate, experience is not required but a good attitude is key! Please note; a numeracy, literacy and ability test will be conducted at interview! Pearson Whiffin will support you through the process.
