Shift Pattern (8‑hour rotation)

• Week 1: 10 pm – 6 am (Nights) | Sun‑Thu
• Week 2: 2 pm – 10 pm (Afternoons)
• Week 3: 6 am – 2 pm (Mornings) … and then repeat.
