Job summary

O-I in Harlow is seeking a Process Operator - Cold End to run one of three production lines, ensure that the line runs smoothly and effectively while packing high-quality products. You will perform quality checks, feed back findings and work to resolve any issues, and ensure materials are stocked and the area is hazard-free.

We operate a 4 on 4 off, 12-hour shift pattern rotating, 365 days per year. The salary is £15.48 per hour plus shift allowance and benefits include 26 days holiday,

Qualifications

• You will have a strong attention to detail and quality focus.
• The ability to work in a safe manner ensuring the health and safety of yourself and other team members.
• Clear communications skills both verbally and written.
• Experience of working in a process manufacturing environment ideally glass or packaging.
• Experience of working shifts.

You will be responsible for running one of three production lines ensuring that the line runs smoothly and effectively packing high quality products. You will do this by carrying out quality checks, feedback your findings and working to resolve any issues. You are responsible for ensuring that materials are stocked up and your line and working area is effective and hazard free.
