Role Overview:

Initially the position will be supporting our existing dispensing, batching, and cleaning activities for our current production lines, with a move onto the production of small-scale development batches of new products using low global warming potential (“green”) propellants.

This role will allow for you to be involved in the creating and writing of training documentation and work instructions for the dispensing, batching, and cleaning activities, working on continuous improvement activities following each period of running.

All safety procedures and practices are required to be followed within your area to ensure a high standard of housekeeping is maintained.

Within this role you will learn require good attention to detail as you will be responsible for completing and checking manufacturing records, ensuring they are legible and accurate.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • GCSE (or equivalent) Maths & English Grade C/Level 4 or above.
  • Experience of working in a production environment, on a shift basis, ideally in pharmaceutical or food.
  • Previous experience of dispensing (preferred).
  • Good understanding of GMP desirable.

  • Good organisational, interpersonal, and time management skills.
  • Enthusiastic, flexible, conscientious and proactive in approach.
  • To work efficiently with supervision or unsupervised as required.
  • Take a positive approach to own training and development.
  • Strong verbal and numerical aptitude skills.

  • Salary circa £27,000 per annum plus 27% shift premium (increase after probationary period).

Additional information:

Shifts Required: Onsite - 12-hour shifts which are average 40 hours per week. Flexibility to be able to work both shifts are required:

06:00 to 18:15

and

18:00 to 06:15
