A leading consulting firm in the United Kingdom is seeking a Process Manager to oversee technology control monitoring processes. This role involves collaborating with various Lines of Business and engineering teams, ensuring governance and quality assurance. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of project management experience and a Bachelor's degree. This position requires hybrid onsite presence in West Creek and is contract-based.
This process management role is on the Technology Control Health Monitoring (TCHM) Team. You’ll partner with various Lines of Business (LOB) technology control owners, performers and risk partners to collect technology control monitoring attestations and evidence in the platform. You’ll also partner with engineering teams to ensure enhancements and changes to the tool and process meet the requirements. Perform governance, oversight and quality assurance to ensure timely execution and proper evidence retention.
