Shift: Monday- Friday days

Are you an experienced Process Maintenance Manager with a passion for innovation, reliability, and developing people? We're looking for a hands‑on leader to drive process improvement and engineering excellence at our modern manufacturing site commutable to Bristol. In this key leadership position, you'll manage process engineering and improvement activities, coaching and mentoring a team of engineers to deliver best‑in‑class performance. You'll also lead the process maintenance team, applying technical insight to enhance manufacturing capability and introduce new technologies. You'll play a central role in shaping the engineering strategy — from developing best practices and reliability‐focused maintenance systems, to supporting major capital projects that drive our future growth.

Skills required for the Process Maintenance Manager
