Job summary

EDF power solutions seeks a Process Lead to drive continuous improvement within Asset Operations. You’ll lead transformation initiatives, embed lean thinking, and guide workshops and change programmes to deliver measurable efficiency and quality improvements.

Based in a flexible home-based team with occasional travel to EDF offices, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the UK and Ireland to shape a culture of operational excellence and sustained business impact.

Qualifications

• Experience leading continuous improvement, process improvement or business transformation initiatives within a complex organisation
• Strong knowledge and practical application of Lean methodologies to identify waste, optimise processes and improve outcomes
• Experience delivering change programmes from concept through to implementation and adoption
• A recognised Lean, Six Sigma or Operational Excellence qualification, or equivalent practical experience
• Proven experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements and influencing stakeholders across multiple business functions
• Strong business analysis skills, including process mapping and requirements management
• A degree in Business, Engineering, a Technical Discipline, or a related field

The Opportunity

As a Process Lead, you'll be at the heart of continuous improvement activity within Asset Operations. Working closely with the Continuous Improvement Manager and key stakeholders, you'll lead change initiatives, facilitate improvement workshops, drive business transformation projects, and support the successful adoption of new processes and ways of working. This is an exciting opportunity to make a visible impact across a growing renewable energy business while developing your expertise in continuous improvement, lean methodologies and change management.

Who You Are

We're looking for a Process Lead who combines the analytical mindset of a Senior Business Analyst with proven expertise in Continuous Improvement and business transformation. You'll be comfortable leading programmes of change, facilitating workshops, challenging the status quo, and using Lean methodologies to remove waste and improve operational performance. You will be confident engaging stakeholders at all levels and translating business needs into practical, sustainable improvements.
