  • Driving cost optimization, efficiency improvements, and process streamlining through data analysis
  • Optimization and standardization of in-station processes such as receiving, sortation, route planning and loading
  • Creation of SOPs and work instructions
  • Definition and scoping of system requirements and cooperation with tech teams for system functionalities and design
  • Creation of reports measuring performance and quality
  • Creation of training material and train the trainer sessions
Job Requirement
  • Bachelor's degree or higher; 5+ years of experience in the logistics and delivery/ distribution industry;
  • Preferably retail; e-commerce background
  • Experience in process optimization, creation of SOPs
  • Six Sigma experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, as well as the ability to implement systems;
  • Strong problem-solving skills, strong analytical skills
