Responsibilities
  • Analysing production layouts, workflows, and equipment utilisation to identify improvements.
  • Conducting time-and-motion studies and labour utilisation assessments.
  • Leading and delivering high-impact improvement projects with investment support.
  • Recommending and implementing changes to processes, layouts, and equipment.
  • Embedding Lean and Six Sigma principles to reduce waste and enhance efficiency.
  • Preparing business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and Capex proposals.
  • Driving engagement by leading workshops and training to create a culture of improvement.
About You
  • Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or related Engineering discipline.
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a record of implementing process improvements.
  • Knowledge of Lean methodologies and/or Six Sigma (certification desirable).
  • A visionary mindset that can see not only how to improve processes, but how to transform them.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels.
