Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited in the Godalming area is seeking a Process Engineer with a Mechanical, Process or Gas Handling background to deliver complex, state-of-the-art projects for regulated sectors.

You will coordinate project workstreams, liaise with clients and suppliers, interpret P&IDs and technical schematics, and support handover from concept to commissioning, with hybrid working and clear progression paths.

Qualifications

• Degree or HNC/HND in Mechanical, Process, or Chemical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• Ability to read, update, and interpret P&IDs and technical schematics.
• Experience coordinating project workstreams with clients and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project workstreams, suppliers and clients.
• Support Senior Project Managers from concept through commissioning and handover.

Are you a Engineer from a Mechanical, Process, or Gas Handling background, looking to work for an industry-leading specialist, where you will play a key role in delivering complex, state of the art projects?

Excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded engineering company who will allow you to further develop your technical skills whilst working on bespoke systems for high-profile industrial clients.

The company are a well-established, rapidly expanding business delivering specialist engineering solutions to high-tech and regulated sectors. In this varied role, you will act as a key technical contact coordinating project workstreams, suppliers, and clients. You will also support Senior Project Managers in delivering bespoke systems from concept and P&ID review through to commissioning and handover.

This role would suit a Project Engineer from a Mechanical, Chemical, Process, or Gas Systems background, looking to join a market specialist offering long-term career development.

The Role:

• Technical Point of contact between clients, suppliers, and internal engineering teams.
• Work on bespoke process systems and integration projects across regulated sectors.
• Ongoing training and clear opportunities for career progression.

The Person:

• Project Engineer from a Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Gas, or Process background.
• Able to read, update, and interpret P&IDs and technical schematics.
• Degree or HNC/HND in Mechanical, Process, or Chemical Engineering (or equivalent experience).

Commutable to the Godalming area with a willingness to visit client sites when required.
