• Develop and maintain detailed production process maps using tools like Value Stream Mapping, Yamazumi Charts, and time study analysis to optimise workflows.
• Collaborate with the Quality Engineer to conduct PFMEA and Control Plan activities, ensuring robust process controls are in place for high-quality performance.
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Instructions for all production processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce waste, enhance production flow, and drive cost savings.
• Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support to resolve process-related issues and improve overall equipment effectiveness.
• Contribute to the seamless introduction of new products and processes, ensuring compliance with standardised methodologies.
