Process Engineer

Join Martin-Baker Aircraft Co Ltd in the Manufacturing team as a Process Engineer.

This role ensures that processes are well understood, effectively documented, and continuously improved, helping teams work more reliably and confidently. By identifying risks, coordinating improvements, and engaging with shop floor teams, the Process Engineer plays a key role in strengthening operational discipline and driving practical change.

What you’ll be doing

Supporting the development, clarity, and consistency of operational processes across manufacturing, ensuring processes are well understood, effectively documented, and continuously improved. Coordinating improvements and engaging with shop floor teams to strengthen operational discipline and drive practical change.
