Overview

Process Engineer. We are seeking a talented and motivated Process Engineer to join an innovative manufacturing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on advanced projects and contribute to the development of state-of-the-art production facilities. Responsibilities
  • Support project teams in the development of factory infrastructure.
  • Assist in creating technical specifications for machinery, equipment, and building systems.
  • Collaborate with teams to prepare for equipment start-up and operational handover.
  • Train newly hired operators.
  • Prepare regular project reports (weekly/monthly).
  • Contribute to the growth and development of a newly forming team.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Experience with installation, commissioning, start-up, and acceptance testing of machinery and equipment.
  • Familiarity with production machinery, pulping systems, chemical dosing, and overall process operations.
  • Ability to monitor production processes, analyse data, and identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills using root cause analysis methodologies.
  • Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with SAP, SAGE, and Microsoft Office.
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic, changing environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, working effectively across multiple departments.
  • Experience in supporting product development, innovation, and project delivery timelines.
Qualifications
  • Degree or equivalent in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
