  • Act as TA3 for process engineering, supervise and coach JG5 engineers, and ensure discipline competencies are maintained and developed (e.g., SGP/SATP progress)

  • Engage in facility leadership (FNGL and St Fergus), regularly visit the onshore facility, and identify improvement opportunities

  • Manage significant risks via the MTO process/database and resolve operating/integrity envelope exceptions with cross-discipline collaboration

  • Support emergencies and troubleshooting, prepare emergency procedures, and lead facility/pipeline surveillance to optimize production and reduce CO² emissions

  • Review operating incidents, identify root causes, and recommend improvements to prevent deferment, involving other disciplines as needed

  • Develop and maintain process models (Unisim, PIPESIM), specify operating/integrity envelopes, and predict impacts of process changes with mitigation strategies

  • Lead debottlenecking and re-rating, review the Greenhouse Gas and Energy Management Plan, and identify cost/emission reduction opportunities for fuel and flare
