Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in an engineering or R&D/technology development role.
• Experience in process scale-up and hypothesis testing.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and derive conclusions.
• Familiarity with plant operations, bench to pilot scale.
• Ability to manage trials and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute process development workstreams from bench to pilot and manufacturing scales.
• Lead trial planning, coordinating resources to maximize learning.
• Design, execute and report experiments, transforming data into insights.
• Identify solutions for pilot plant-scale processes toward full-scale manufacturing.
• Collaborate with external partners such as universities and vendors.
• Support supervision of associates and project budget management.
• Uphold food safety and safe systems of work.
