You’ll act as the trusted advisor for customers—mapping processes, analyzing data, and driving outcomes that improve performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle implementations—requirements gathering, process mapping, deployment planning, and execution.
  • Configure and operationalize Skan.ai solutions, ensuring smooth integration with customer environments and alignment with business goals.
  • Serve as the primary technical contact and product expert, providing proactive guidance, timely support, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success) to deliver projects on time, with clear ownership of milestones and deliverables.
  • Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders through reports, dashboards, and executive briefings.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), enabling customer Centers of Excellence (COEs) and partners through training and knowledge sharing.
  • Data Analysis & Troubleshooting
  • Analyze process data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct root cause analysis using advanced data analytics, log analysis, and process insights.
  • Proactively monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and manage escalations to ensure minimal disruption.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to resolve technical challenges and improve solution robustness.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
  • Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, requirements, and process maps to support scalability and knowledge transfer.
  • Collaborate with customer SMEs to validate insights and ensure outcomes align with business objectives.
  • Stay up to date on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in process intelligence and data analytics.
Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 5+ years in consulting, process improvement, ideally with process intelligence, process mining, RPA, or BPM tools.
  • Strong data analysis and interpretation skills (statistics, validation, reporting).
  • Hands-on experience with IT systems (Windows, Linux), and basic web technologies (HTML, CSS).
  • Business Skills: Proven ability to translate process data into actionable insights that align with business objectives.
  • Project Delivery: Track record of managing multiple customer implementations end-to-end, meeting timelines and ensuring measurable outcomes.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with confidence engaging both technical teams and senior executives.
