Job description

Process and Controls Analyst

Commitment to innovation and a drive to do things differently have seen Greenergy grow from a bedroom start‑up to become a world leader in waste‑based renewables, and the UK’s leading fuel supplier. We endeavour to approach the status quo of an established industry with fresh eyes, and empower our people to develop and deliver change through innovation. Our values underpin every interaction we have, whether with colleagues, customers, suppliers and the communities in which we operate. It is these values of Respect, Ownership, Care and Integrity that have delivered our growth as a business and developed strong customer relationships.

Department: Internal Controls

Location: Manchester Office

Our Internal Controls Team isn’t just another department – we’re strategic partners and catalysts for change, supporting sustainable growth and protecting value across the business. As a Process and Controls Analyst, you’ll play a key role in strengthening and evolving Greenergy’s governance framework, working with stakeholders across London, Manchester and other locations to map, test and enhance business processes that underpin a global operation.

This is a hands‑on, detail‑focused role where curiosity and collaboration are key – you’ll partner with experts across various functional areas to build process models, identify opportunities for improvement, and support audits that drive real impact and ensure robust governance. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy solving problems, and want to contribute to a culture where your ideas matter and you can help embed a culture of continuous improvement and effective risk management, this is a great opportunity to make your mark.

We’re looking for someone who’s inquisitive with strong analytical skills and attention to detail who can demonstrate a genuine interest in how processes and controls work and finding smarter ways to do them. Confident working with data and process models, you’ll bring a structured mindset and a collaborative approach – building relationships, influencing change, and helping to drive operational excellence across the business.
