Job summary

Your Nanny Friend is seeking a kind, nurturing and proactive nanny in Berkhamsted to join a warm family on a long-term basis. You will care for three children, support morning routines, school runs, and family meals, and help with homework and activities. Driver with own car is essential, with parking available.

The role offers a stable, supportive environment with flexible hours around two full days per week (32 hours), starting at £16–£19 gross per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in childcare or nanny role.
• Ability to set positive boundaries and engage children.

Responsibilities

• Supporting with the morning routine.
• School and nursery drop-offs and pick-ups.
• Planning and preparing nutritious meals for the children.
• Helping with homework where appropriate.
• Organising fun, age-appropriate activities and outings.
• Supporting with bath and bedtime routines.
