Job summary

Barclays seeks an Enterprise Security Posture Management SME to lead efforts in Attack Surface Management and Breach & Attack Simulation. Located in Knutsford or Northampton, you will drive a proactive approach to exposure management, helping the organization prioritize and reduce exploitable security risks.

Successful candidates will have hands-on experience with cybersecurity tools and a deep understanding of attack surface analysis. This critical role involves collaboration with various teams to ensure the integrity and security of the bank’s assets.

Qualifications

• Experience with attack surface discovery and risk-based prioritisation.
• Knowledge of EASM/ASM platforms and cloud security.
• Ability to evaluate exposure using Breach and Attack Simulation.

Responsibilities

• Allocate correct risk rating and remediation prioritisation.
• Develop consistent vulnerability management policies.
• Communicate vulnerabilities to stakeholders and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with threat intelligence teams for timely remediation.
• Define requirements for automation tools in vulnerability management.
• Report remediation status against Key Risk Indicators.

Attack surface discovery and asset attribution

Risk-based exposure prioritisation

Threat-informed attack surface analysis

Hands-on experience with EASM/ASM platforms

Cloud, identity, SaaS, CI/CD and API exposure knowledge
