A leading water utility provider in the UK is seeking a Proactive Desilt Technician to operate recycling vehicles, respond to sewer blockages, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. The role requires an HGV licence, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ideal candidates should have experience in wastewater operations. As a Proactive Desilt Technician, you’ll operate a Muller Canal Master recycler to carry out proactive desilting across Yorkshire, reducing pollution events and improving network performance. You’ll work alongside the Proactive Desilt Assistant and collaborate with internal teams and contractors to resolve operational issues.
