Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is hiring for a Pro Sales Associate to engage Pro customers, understand their project needs, and drive sales growth in-store and on-site. You will create quotes, manage materials lists, and coordinate deliveries to meet project timelines.

The role emphasizes building relationships, promoting Pro Credit and loyalty programs, and leveraging training resources to improve selling skills. Prior retail experience is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement.
• General Studies applied.
• External experience in customer-facing sales or Lowe's retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales goals by proactively engaging Pro customers to identify project opportunities and drive sales growth.
• Develop understanding of Pro customers' needs by learning project scope, timelines, dependencies, and material requirements to provide solutions.
• Create and manage quotes, blueprints, material lists, orders, and deliveries aligned to the Pro customer’s project.
• Promote Pro Credit and Lowe's Loyalty Programs to generate new Pro accounts and increase Pro tickets/transactions.
• Coordinate fulfillment, delivery, and follow-up to ensure projects are completed on time.
• Prospect for new Pro customers by walking the sales floor and reviewing Top Accounts in MyRedVest.
• Utilize Pro Extended Aisle and Pro Merchandising to win sales when items aren’t available in-store or within distribution network.
• Partner with salesfloor, fulfillment, and outside sales teams for a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain a safe, clean Pro Desk and support store operations.
• Leverage Lowe’s U and training platforms to stay updated and improve selling skills.
