Zusammenfassung

Lumanity is seeking a Biostatistician in the United Kingdom to execute PRO/COA analyses and support JCA submissions. You will work with the Director, Biostatistics, applying MMRM, ANCOVA, and missing-data methods, and contribute to evidence dossiers for regulatory submissions.

The role emphasizes end-to-end analysis planning, documentation, and clear communication of results to sponsors and cross-functional teams within consulting timelines.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree or higher in Biostatistics, Statistics, Quantitative Psychology/Psychometrics, or a related quantitative discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience designing and executing statistical analyses in life sciences consulting, health outcomes research, or similar.
• Experience analyzing PICOs and PRO/COA endpoints in interventional trials and translating results into stakeholder-relevant evidence.
• Demonstrated expertise applying trial-aligned statistical methods for PRO endpoints (MMRM, ANCOVA, logistic regression, etc.).
• Working knowledge of estimand framework principles and intercurrent event handling (ICH E9(R1)).
• Familiarity with EU HTA Regulation (2021/2282) and JCA process; PICO scoping awareness.
• Proficiency in R for statistical programming with end-to-end workflows.
• Experience preparing analysis plans and technical reports using templates for audit-ready documentation.
• Ability to communicate modeling decisions, diagnostics, and limitations clearly to non-technical audiences.

Aufgaben

• Executes JCA analyses, PRO analyses, and post-hoc PRO analyses as directed by the Director, Biostatistics.
• Performs PRO efficacy analyses including MMRM, ANCOVA, responder analyses, and Time to Deterioration.
• Applies multiple imputation and missing-data methods to address missingness in longitudinal PRO/COA data.
• Prepares SAP-style methods documents and analysis specifications using Director’s templates.
• Contributes to JCA dossiers and evidence-synthesis sections under Director review.
• Interprets analytical results and develops decision-ready reports for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Develops and executes statistical programming in R for reproducible workflows.
