Job summary

Computacenter is seeking a Privileged Access Management Analyst to strengthen our secure infrastructure and privileged access services across customer environments. You will build expertise in CyberArk and related platforms while supporting complex Microsoft infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows Server/Wintel environments.
• Experience with virtualised infrastructure, preferably VMware vSphere/ESXi.
• Familiarity with ITIL incident, problem and change management practices.
• Ability to obtain SC clearance and participate in on-call rota after training.
• CyberArk or PAM experience is highly desirable; exposure to Citrix, MOVEit or Linux is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support across Windows Server and VMware in central and customer environments.
• Perform health checks, patching, configuration changes and security controls.
• Investigate incidents to determine whether issues relate to application, OS, server or network.
• Develop knowledge of CyberArk, Citrix and MOVEit and own day-to-day activities.
• Follow ITIL processes for incident, problem and change management and contribute to root-cause analysis.
• Maintain runbooks and documentation ensuring security and compliance.
• Collaborate with service teams and vendors to resolve issues to resolution.
• Identify opportunities to improve reliability and efficiency through scripting or automation.
