Ocorian seeks an ambitious, client-focused professional to join our Private Client team. You will manage administration for a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, build strong client relationships and collaborate with experienced colleagues to deliver exceptional service.

The role offers development opportunities and exposure to governance, regulatory and cross-border wealth matters within a supportive team environment.

Competenze

• Educated to A level or degree standard.
• Ideally the post holder will have already completed or be willing to complete a professional/relevant qualification such as STEP, CGI or similar
• Ideally a minimum of 3 years' experience in Trust and Company administration or a financial services environment.

Mansioni

• Manage the administration and accounting requirements of a portfolio of high-net-worth clients and their associated structures.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and advisers, delivering a responsive, high-quality service and handling day-to-day requests.
• Ensure client matters are administered in line with regulatory requirements, internal policies and risk management standards.
• Coordinate client reviews, monitor key deadlines and maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Support and mentor junior team members while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
