Job summary

Doctorcall is a UK private GP service delivering care across London and beyond. We seek experienced GPs to provide high-quality care in patients' homes, hotels and workplaces, serving travellers, executives, families and members.

Doctors are paid per visit; flexible shifts with minimal admin and full indemnity cover are offered, with a focus on continuity through our membership service. GMC-registered and UK licence holders preferred.

Qualifications

• GMC-registered GP with UK practising licence.
• Up-to-date mandatory training and vaccinations.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Able to work independently with a compassionate, patient-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide GP care in patients' homes, hotels and workplaces.
• Care for a diverse patient population including travellers and executives.
• Explain Doctorcall membership service to patients where appropriate.
• Coordinate care with the Doctorcall App and maintain clear notes.

Doctorcall is one of the UK’s longest-established private GP services, with over 35 years of experience delivering high-quality medical care. Based in London, we pioneered the UK's first visiting doctor service and now provide thousands of private GP visits each year.

As a Doctoracall doctor you will care for a diverse patient population including international travellers, business executives, hotel guests, families and Doctorcall members.

We are seeking experienced, self-motivated General Practitioners to provide high-quality, personalised care in patients' homes, hotels and workplaces". Working with Doctorcall means embracing variety. You may also have the opportunity to become a patient’s preferred doctor through our membership service, building an ongoing relationship and providing greater continuity of care over time.

Most consultations involve routine primary care presentations. Occasionally doctors may be asked to support more complex cases, subject to experience and clinical competence. We are a membership-first organisation, Doctors should be familiar with Doctorcall's membership service and be able to explain it to patients where appropriate.

Our operations team manages bookings, logistics, insurer authorisations and patient communications, allowing doctors to focus on clinical care.
