Job description
Overview

We have a new opportunity for an enthusiastic and self‑motivated individual to join our innovative LET NCC team (private sector leasing scheme). The main purpose of the role will be to manage our Houses in Multiple Occupation portfolio, providing a full generic housing management function to our tenants, as well as increasing the number of properties on the scheme through liaison with private landlords whilst ensuring these properties meet the Council's private sector amenity standards.
