Osborne Richardson is seeking an experienced Environmental Health Team Leader for a South London Local Authority, leading a team of Environmental Health Officers across HMO licensing, HHSRS, disrepair and enforcement. The role shapes policy at a pivotal moment and requires strong housing legislation knowledge and court/ committee presence.

You will drive operational delivery, oversee high-profile cases, and mentor a team, with a daily umbrella rate of £435–£485.
